NEET UG 2025 counselling: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the official NEET UG 2025 counselling schedule. Qualified candidates can begin registering for Round 1 from July 21, 2025 at mcc.nic.in, with the first seat allotment result set to be announced on July 31, 2025. The NEET UG results were declared on June 14.
NEET UG Cut-off Rises for All Categories and Counselling Process
As per the MCC notification, the counselling process for admission to MBBS, BDS, and BSc Nursing programmes will be conducted in four rounds, including a mop-up and a stray vacancy round, for seats under the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) and 100% seats in central and deemed universities such as AIIMS, JIPMER, BHU, AMU, and ESIC institutions.

Who is Eligible for NEET UG Counselling: Only candidates who have qualified NEET UG 2025 are eligible to participate. The counselling covers:
- 15% AIQ seats across government medical colleges

- Institutional quota seats handled via MCC
- AFMC and ESIC IP quota
- Central and Deemed University seats
