As per reports around 76.9 %  candidates attempted in the morning session while  80 %  attendance were recorded in the afternoon session of Day 2 in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) Exam 2021. IIM Calcutta placement Report 2021: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta has recorded 100% placement for the MBA batch 2019-21. Over 520 job offers were received by 467 students. The average and median salaries rose to INR 29 LPA and INR 27 LPA respectively, as per report. Last year average salary was 27.9 LPA (9.8% higher than average salary of 25.4 LPA for the batch 2017-19). Median salary was INR 25.5 LPA.
