IIM Kashipur Placement 2023: Indian Institute of Management Kashipur (IIM Kashipur) has recorded 100% placement for the MBA Batch 2021 -23. The placement was conducted for the batch of 2021-2023 and the highest CTC received was Rs. 37 lakh per annum.
As per reports, the average CTC of the batch is Rs.18.11 LPA with a year-on-year growth of 19%.
For the placement, more than 200 organisations participated in the summer and final placements and close to 50 new organisations have recruited students from the institute this year. Recruiters such as HashiCorp, EXL Analytics, Royal Bank of Scotland, Nomura, and MTR Group were one of the top organisations to recruit the majority of students.

The summer placement for batch 2022-24 was concluded on March 28 and saw new recruiters such as GSK, Maersk, Tiger Analytics, TATA Capital, HSBC, IOCL and so on along with ICICI Bank, Shree Malani Foams, PUMA, Reserve Bank of India and many more. Major recruiters were IT and BFSI sectors.
IIM Kashipur MBA Analytics Admission
The year-on-year growth saw a jump of 28% and the average CTC stands at 18.11 LPA with year-on-year growth of 19%. The median CTC is 17.2 LPA with year-on-year growth of 16 percent.
It is said that in the line of final placements, IIM Kashipur observed a similar pattern in the summer placements for batch 2022-24.
