IIM Bangalore launches “Certificate Programme in Leadership Coaching” . The programme, which is scheduled to commence on 1st April 2024, will comprise a blend of in-person sessions and live, online sessions, spread over the nine-month period.

Who will Attend?
This 9-month programme is designed for practicing managers and leaders looking to enhance their coaching skills as well as positively influence their teams.
The programme is suitable for all mid and senior-level professionals, ideally having 15+ years of industry experience and who are working in any function or role. – CXO, Mid Seniors, Senior Leaders.
Course Content: The course content is divided into three modules, with the first module focusing on the essence of coaching and developing individual as well as interpersonal effectiveness.
The second module delves into the details of practicing and expanding coaching skills, while the last module allows participants to practically build their ‘Coaching Muscle’.
