XIM University opens application for its 2 year full time MBA Program for the batch 2022-24.  XIM University opens application for the MBA Business Management, HRM, Rural Management and others program too. The last date has been extended till 10th January 2022. However, the CAT based application form has been closed.

Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree of minimum three-year duration (or equivalent) in any discipline, from a recognized University, with at least 55% marks in aggregate. Final year degree students, who expect to complete their final examinations and other requirements for obtaining the degree by June 15, 2021, can also apply.

Admission Test: Apply and appear for any one of the following Admission tests: 1) XAT to be conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur on 1 January 2022, OR 2) CAT to be conducted by IIMs on 28 November 2021 OR 3) GMAT taken in 2020 or 2021. OR 4) X-GMT (Xavier General Management Aptitude Test) to be conducted by Xavier University, at Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai, on 30 January 2022. The additional fee for X-GMT will be Rs.1200/-. Applicants opting for XAT/CAT are required to follow the XAT/CAT advertisements respectively and apply in time.   Registering for XAT or CAT or GMAT is a prerequisite for applying to XIMB’s MBA-BM program, if not opting for X-GMT.

Selection process: The Institute will decide the section-wise as well as overall cut-off marks which will be used for short-listing the candidates to be called for Writing Ability Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. WAT, GD & PI will be held in Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai. Candidates will have to meet their own travel expenses for appearing in the Interview session. The final selection will be made on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the XAT/CAT/GMAT/X-GMT/NMAT as well as in the Writing Ability Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview (which factors in the past academic record and relevant work experience).
