IIM Ranchi SIP 2023 Batch: IIM Ranchi ( Indian Institute of Management Ranchi) successfully completed the Summer Placement process  (SIP) for the batch of MBA, MBA HRM Batch 2021-23. Comprising 503 students, thebatch of 2021-23 saw 186 companies participate in the summer placements this season. The MBA HR programme, with a batch strength of 69, The MBA BA (Business Analytics) programme with its first-ever batch comprising 35 students. 

• For MBA Batch -Highest SIP offered is INR 3.5 Lakh and average SIP offered is 1 Lakh.
• For MBA HRM Batch -Highest SIP offered is INR 2.8 Lakh and average SIP offered is 1.2  Lakh.
• For MBA BA Batch -Highest SIP offered is INR 2.4 Lakh and average SIP offered is 0.92  Lakh.

165 companies visited campus this year, Sales & Marketing is the most preferred functional area followed by IT & Analytics, Finance, Operations and Strategy & Consulting.

54% of the batch comes with prior work experience in companies like Aon Consulting, Byju’s, Deloitte, Gartner, JP Morgan, KPMG, PhonePe, Tech Mahindra, Wipro etc.

IIM Shillong SIP 2023 Batch: Indian Institute of Management Shillong (IIM Shillong) successfully completed the Summer Placement process  (SIP) for the batch of PGP Batch 2021 2-23. Highest SIP Offered is INR 3.5 lakh and average SIP Offered is 1.76 Lakh. A total of 66 recruiters participated in SIP for the 240 students. 240 offers were made to the participants in various domains such as Consulting & Strategy, Finance, General Management, Human Resources & Operations, IT & Analytics and Sales & Marketing.

IIM Raipur SIP 2023 Batch:  The Indian Institute of Management Raipur has successfully completed 100% Summer Placements for the PGP Batch of 2021-23. The class of 262 students witnessed over 100+ recruiters participating in the summer process process.
